Recovery Navigator is operated by Lumenaut LLC. This page describes what we collect when you build a recovery plan.
What you give us
A plan can hold what you tell us about the disaster, your housing situation, immediate needs, and the status of official accounts you create yourself. We do not store government or insurer passwords, and we do not collect your Social Security number.
How long it lasts
A guest plan is tied to a cookie in your browser. It stays reachable for about seven days of use, and no more than thirty days from when it started.
